|Indication||Monitoring of toxicity.|
|Additional Info||Side effects: tachycardia, blurred vision, constipation, hesitancy in micturation, cardiac arrthythmias. Metabolised to norclomipramine.
|Interpretation||>1000 ug/l may be associated with serious toxicity. Plasma half-life 20-40 hrs.
