|Additional Info||Increased in acromegaly. Decreased in hypopituitarism, isolated GH deficiency, poorly controlled diabetes and caloric and protein malnutrition.
|Interpretation||IGFBP3 is the major carrier of IGF1 and IGF2. It is GH responsive.
