Description Rivaoxaban is a new generation oral anticoagulant designed to replace wafarin therapy. The anti-factor Xa assay is used to monitor Rivaoxaban.
Indication Patients on Rivaoxaban therapy.
Additional Info Rivaoxaban therapy does not usually require monitoring. Some patients however (eg. Children, pregnancy, compliance confirmation) may require levels to be monitored.
